Overview
TAW series safety-increased brushless synchronous motor is our high-tech product with explosion-proof technology, electronic technology, automatic control technology, electrical technology. They are widely used in the reciprocating compressors in the place of petroleum, chemicals, fertilizer, refrigeration and other explosive gas industries.
Our company is the first domestic enterprise has the ability of design and production with our own research and developing. This series motor has been awarded as State Major Technical Equipment Achievement, Provincial Major Science and Technology Project, and our company has the production license of explosion-proof electrical industrial products which is issued by the State Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine.
Our company is the first domestic enterprise that can design and manufacture increased safety brushless excitation synchronous motor, in 1994, we designed and manufactured the first TAQW series increased safety brushless excitation synchronous motor in China for Guang Dong Mao Ming Petrochemical Company. We gained rich design and manufacture experience in this area.
In 1989, we manufactured the first TAQW b630-390-16 1000kW 6KV IP54 increased safety brushless excitation synchronous motor in China for Guang Dong Mao Ming Refining & Petrochemical Plant, which opens a new prospect in ethylene project hydro-refining unit localization for national petrochemical industry.

Overview
The TDMK series large AC Three-phase Synchronous Motor for mining mill machine is the core driving machine for mining and cement industry, which is also the main product since our company was founded in year 1950. Due to this series (including TDMK series brush synchronous motor and TMW series brushless synchronous motor) big starting torque feature, it can be widely used in mining and cement industry, mainly used to drive low speed, high capacity machines like grate ball mill, rod mill and coal mill etc.

Feed pump motor application in the thermal power unit is the key equipment of the thermal power plants. It needs the large capacity and long run-time characteristics, so the motor should be stable operation and long service life. To realize the feed pump features and the high speed characters of the motor, we designed the motor based on the load requirements and try to reduce the electromagnetic load of motor windings, which ensure that the temperature rise, vibration and noise level of the motor satisfy the national and industry standards. We have supplied hundreds of 3000kW-14000kW feed pump motors for dozens of key national electric thermal power project. The motor with high efficiency, low starting current, large moment of inertia, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, easy installation and maintenance and other significant advantages, meet the requirements of 300MW-1000MW thermal power units perfectly.
We developed YL, YLST, YLKS series motors for circulating pumps, condensate pumps in the thermal power industry based on the characteristics such as vertical installation and withstand axial force, etc. One kind motor would not withstand axial load except rotor itself, and the other kind motor could withstand the axial load applied from the pump. According to the value of the load, upper bearings are selected thrust spherical bearings or thrust pad bearings. The power of the motor is from 450kW to 6000kW. It has high efficiency, low starting current, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, easy installation and maintenance and other significant advantages. The motor could withstand large thrust perfectly.

To satisfy the high load torque and large capacity characteristics for the cement mill and vertical mill in the building materials industry, we designed a new YRKK series motor. The rotor of this series motor is used silver welding technology. It can prevent the joint sleeve open welding and fight off effectively. The motor select end flange mounted type sliding bearing structure. In order to prevent the bearing oil spill, we increased storage tanks and lower oil back ports based on the GB standard which solve the problem of the bearing oil spills and into the motor effectively. It meets the operational requirements of hte site perfectly.
