1、The first oil submersible motor YQY114 submerged three-phase asynchronous motor in China

YQY114 submerged three-phase asynchronous motor was researched successfully in 1989 which settled the localization problem of the submerged motor in most major oil field. It meets the needs of the petroleum industry growing rapidly, avoiding the import, saving a lot of foreign exchange for the country, creating significant economic and social benefits.

3、The first 2,000 kilowatts low speed 60-pole synchronous motor in China

TM2000-60/4250 large scale low-speed synchronous motor was developed successful in 1987. The diameter of the punching sheet is 4250 mm, Outside dimension: 4000 × 6000 × 6710 mm. Gross weight: 60 tons. The motor is half-parting structure. It solves the localization problem for the 14 sets ball mill of Qinghe Power Plant 200MW power sets they were imported from the Soviet Union. It guarantees the safety operation of the 14 sets imported equipments and saves a lot of foreign exchange for the country.


4、The first large-scale increased safety brushless excitation synchronous motor in China
The prototype of TAQWb630-350-20 type increased safety brushless excitation synchronous motor used in the hydrogenation was trial completed in 1990. It was approved by the Ministry of National Electrical Industry in 1992. It created a localization and self-supporting situation for the hydrogenation unit of the ethylene project in our petrochemical industry. We made the largest capacity 10kV increased safety explosion-proof brushless excitation synchronous motor in China in 2002. Based on the many years of design and manufacturing experience, we use the nineties new technologies, new materials, new process makes the series motor has small size, light weight, attractive appearance, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, safety and reliable operation, use and maintenance more convenient.


5、The first cast aluminum rotor with diameter 990 mm in China
We reform in the manufacturing process for the large and medium-sized motor rotor; invention and improve the large cast aluminum rotor technology constantly. The technology has always been a leader position in the large motor manufacturing field in the international and domestic market. Based on the centrifugal cast aluminum technology, it adopted a new method of cast aluminum rotor centrifugal casting combination with the vibration, so that the rotor manufacturing by centrifugal casting method applied from the medium-sized motor extending to the large-sized motor fields. The center height of the motor was from the original maximum 710mm up to 800mm-1000mm. Power rating was increased from 5000kw up to 7100kw. The manufacturing time of high-power motor was shorted by 1/4. The cost of the motor manufacturing was reduced by 10%.



6、The first company with VPI treatment technology in China
We are the first company with VPI treatment technology in China after we imported Ф4.5 meters automatic VPI equipment from W.HEDRICH company in German. It increased the insulation and the service life of the motor greatly as the insulation class of the stator and rotor of the motor was changed from B to F and the heat aging life was increased 2-3 times.
